What framing options are available?
You can select from several types of frames, in black, white, gold, or raw wood. At this time, only white mattes are available and may be cut with a 1, 2, or 3-inch border. Your framed artwork will be protected by 2mil. clear plexi-glass which is perfect for safe/lightweight shipping, as well as blocking up to 66% of harmful UV light.
Art on stretched canvas (as well as loose canvas prints) are coated for protection. You can select a satin or glossy finish.
Are there options for corporate clients?
Yes, clients interested in volume orders should contact me about corporate agreements.
What is your shipping policy?
Prints and framed art can be shipped within the continental United States, via USPS or UPS. I can't fulfill orders to Canada directly (yet), apologies to my friends up north.
What are your shipping costs?
As much as I hate to say it, "it depends" – the size, type of media, and framing options will affect your shipping cost. Depending on your order, it will be sent in a secure shipping tube, generally for paper and canvas orders. Framed art and pieces on stretched canvas will be shipped with cardboard corners, bubble wrap, and craft paper in a secure shipping box.
My production house will select the lowest cost option to ship your art and there's a 0% mark up on the cost of shipping. I'd rather you spend money on art instead of postage! Here's a general guideline, below. You'll see the exact cost of shipping at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Paper and canvas prints typically take 3-5 business days to produce; while metal prints, framed art, and stretched canvas prints may take 5-7 business days. Prints on acrylic have a minimum of a two week production time.
Shipping time ranges from 1-7 business days, depending on distance. All orders are produced in the USA, in beautiful Austin TX. You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
What is your policy on returns, damages or refunds?
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns because of the nature of custom ordering on this site. All sales are final.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact me for further instructions within 30 days after delivery. I'll work with my production house to replace your order, however refunds will not be given. The production house guarantees the safe delivery of your order, we'll make it right!
Do you offer gift options?
To keep your print safe during the shipping process, we don't offer gift wrap.
The packing slip displays only: the customer name, order info, and shipping address – prices are not displayed. If you'd like to include a special note on your gift order, you can add it at checkout.
